Mail from Giovanni Poli (1877-1964) to his son Toni (born Antonio) 8th Bersaglieri Regiment stationed in Pordenone. The black lateral band on the letterhead and envelope refers to the mourning for the death of his wife Maria Bona Corrà in February 16, 1951.
The central fragment is missing due to the cutting of the stamp from the envelope by the young Andrea Poli, that in doing so he cut a piece of the letter contained in the envelope.
