Round Table Italia in Recco (Ge)
The town of Recco embodies all what Liguria is known for: a rocky coast running straight down into the sea, colourful houses and a persistent fragrance of Focaccia bread once one walks down the narrow "carrugi" in town.
This idyllic place is getting more and more familiar with Grappa as this distillate goes well with the local fishermen tradition.
It took Jacopo Poli to come over, on the 22nd of November 2011, to the famous restaurant-focacceria "Manuelina" to guide the locals through the world of Grappa.
