Grappa tasting evening at the Enoteca de' Messeri at Villingen (Germany)
On November the 9th, 2006 Jacopo Poli lead an evening of Grappa tasting at the Enoteca de' Messeri at Villingen (Germany), in which the reasons why the Italian Grappas are considered a unique distillate in the world were explained.
The guests, who were invited by Mr. Oliver Steinbrunner from E-Center Culinaria Vinothek of Schwenningen, tasted 9 various distillates in the beautiful atmosphere of the new enoteca owned by Mr. Fabio Vallini, an original Tuscan personality, that proposes an authentic Italian cookery based on fresh pasta that is rolled out twice a day by Fabio himself and his wife.
