Grappa and Baccalà (stockfish)
Friday the 23rd of February 2007 at the restaurant "Antica Trattoria Due Spade" of Sandrigo, headquarter of the "Venerabile Confraternita del Baccalà alla Vicentina", the Parliamo di Vino (Let's talk about wine) Club will organize an evening dedicated to the stockfish and its various pairings with wine.
Some interesting wineries of the area will introduce their wines, while the Poli Distillery have been invited to take care of the Grappa and distillates tasting at the end of the meal.
Before dinner, the members of the Club Parliamo di Vino will be hosted at the Poli Distillery for an in-depth visit on the distillation and Grappa refinement techniques.
