Visit of the Salzburg College for Turism

On Monday the 3rd of July 2006, 25 students of castle Kleßheim's College for Tourism & Hotel Sciences of Salzburg visited the Poli Distillery during a journey in Italy, with the goal to go deeper in the knowledge of Grappa.

They learned how to properly taste quite quickly!
