ms. Gudrun and Grappa friends from Ulm, Germany
Ms. Gudrun is a smiling lady who left her hometown in northern Germany nearly 40 years ago to visit Venice for a couple of days. Eventually, she fell in love with a handsome veneziano and never moved back to her homeland ... in the meantime, she raised a family, learnt venetian dialect, and became a tour guide for the local area.
She thinks (and so do we, actually) that Grappa is one of the best products our region has to offer and visits us regularly, taking some groups from her country to discover this great, italian spirit.
She came over with a big group of Grappa friends from Ulm, Germany, on sat. the 12th of May 2012 and we look forward to welcoming her again here very soon !
