Mrs. and Mr. Turkevic from Porec, Croatia, were the first visitors of the year 2012, they came here on monday the 9th of January.
In their country, Grappa is called Rakija and has been a deeply rooted cultural feature for centuries now. Mr Turkevic himself is a great estimator and tried to understand the secret of a good recipe !
No secret at all: to make a great Grappa is easy: you just need fresh grape-marc and one hundred years of experience!
