Tv show "A' deux, c'est mieux" over at Poli to find out more about the truly italian spirit
Last 29th of august 2013 brought us loads of sun, awesome temperatures and the very lovely team working for Evasion Tv, based in Montréal, Québec: charming Eveline Audet and Francisco Randez were here to shoot an episode whose sole topic was of course the queen at Poli, the Grappa !
Our guide Alberto took the canadian couple through stills, copper baskets and coils, introducing the richness and variety of aromas the grape pomace feature and how Poli masters them to obtain the very best Grappa.
We later moved to the ageing cellar where Eveline yielded to the rich smoothness of our Grappa-based Ciok liqueur whereas Francisco went for a Sarpa Barrique.
We're so much looking forward to seeing this episode mid november on Evasion TV .
