ITC "Colombo" high school from Adria (Ro) over here to find out more about Grappa !
Adria is a cosy town not that far from here, it used to be an important roman city and it is thanks to it that the Adriatic sea is called this way !
The inhabitants of Adria are as awesome as their sea: the ITC Colombo High School has now visited our premises a couple of times and it is always a great pleasure to welcome these interested students, who have always asked loads of question about Grappa making.
Jacopo Poli spent an hour answering and explaining them further details about the process of distillation.
