Hotellerie School of Legnago (VR) Visit
On Monday the 15th of March, we received a group of Students of the Ipaaata, Hotellerie School of Legnago.
Jacopo Poli taught them the most important aspects of spirits and in details the reason why Grappa is considered a unique distillate in the world. He then guided the group through the Distillery and to the final Grappa Tasting!
