Hotellerie High-School from Asiago and their sicilian partner school
On a cloudy Thursday, the 19th of April 2012, we were delighted to take some students from Hotellerie High-School in Asiago and their sicilian partners from the same school in Erice through our distillery to see how Grappa is distilled.
Sicilians have not been familiar with Grappa for a long time now, being this product a tradition from the nothern part of the country, so we hope their sicilian partners will have a lot to say about it once they're back home !
