Friends from Carpi (Modena) visit
On Saturday the 14th of April we had an entertaining visit from a group of friends from Carpi (Modena), known as "Il Branco", to understand the secrets of the Grappa.
The guests were shown the various phases of artisan grappa production and during the final tasting stage, they were able to put into practice what they had learnt and confront various Poli distillates.
