El Coq Restaurant staff

Many thanks to Marco and Oskar from "El Coq" fusion restaurant in nearby Marano Vicentino for calling at our distillery for a guided tour and tasting through this magic world called Grappa on the 23rd of march 2012.

Marco has been in charge of Wine and Spirits Selection for over two years whereas Oskar, who was born and grew up in Tasmania, Australia, has been travelling around the world cooking for exclusive restaurants.
