Chef Lorenzo Cogo meets Jacopo Poli
Restaurant “EL COQ” over in Schiavon to distill Grappa!
Jacopo Poli and family welcomed Serena and Lorenzo Cogo last November 24th 2014 at the distillery.
Young and talented Lorenzo is the owner of EL COQ, a renowned Michelin starred restaurant in nearby Marano Vicentino.
The reason of their visit was to get involved in the hard, artisanal process of Grappa making: both Lorenzo and Serena got a high score at doing that, Jacopo Poli approved !
