The journalist Guido Montaldo dedicated a nice article to the Poli Distillery in the Italian monthly magazine "Buona Cucina".
He introduces the history of Poli's Family, then writes about the distillation system and the raw material and finally he draws the attention to the Museum of Grappa in Bassano.
